Employee Handbook

Handbooks are not static documents. At the very least, they should be analyzed yearly and amended if needed.  In court, a well-written, thorough handbook can be a great tool or a hindrance if not properly documented.

As Trilinear HR is fully customizable to your business needs, an audit may include a review of HR forms, hiring practices, I-9s, personnel and benefit files, the performance management system, federal and state posting requirements, and much more.
