Micki Schroeder, SHRM-CP, PHR

CEO, HR Geek

Micki brings with her decades of Human Resource experience and successful business acumen in both private and public sector employment, specializing in federal and state compliance, HR technology integration, and varied levels of recruitment.

She currently serves the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management “AZSHRM” at a director level. She is also an active member of SHRM of Greater Phoenix

Other volunteer involvement includes; BoD Secretary, Tepeyac Leadership Initiative, BoD Member with E3 Africa, AZSHRM’s Conference Marketing Lead for both the Annual State Conference (August) and the Employment Law & Legislative Conference (Winter), Former Chairperson for the City of Maricopa Employee Merit Review Board and member of City of Maricopa’s Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board Member, Former City of Chandler Employee Merit Review Board, Former Seton Catholic Preparatory High School, Parent Advisory Board Vice President, Former LinkedIn Coach for Career Connectors, AZ and more

In a former employment opportunity, she had the chance to work closely with homeless students as well as Native American tribes. Specialized populations, middle school and high school teens have always had a place in her heart, and she volunteers much of her time in these areas within her faith community.

Micki has enjoyed over 32 years of marriage to Mike. Together they have 4 beautiful children

Micki’s dedication in Human Resources stems over nearly two decades. Her passion goes beyond the basic fundamentals of the field including continuing education and community outreach. Her direct involvement, partnering with executive management and owners have demonstrated organizational growth and leadership engagement. She has supported organizations ranging from small private businesses to large public corporations.

In addition to Arizona, she has lived in Sunnyvale, CA, LaGrange, IL, and Beaverton, OR.

Dakota Keipert

HR Specialist

Though this is Dakota’s first time officially working in the Human Resource field, she strives to learn as much as she can, as soon as she can. Her goal is to find solutions to the problems she is presented with and to provide clear guidance to those who need it.

Right after high school, Dakota took an ambitious route and studied abroad at Franklin College in Switzerland, where she took the opportunity to see parts of the world. She worked with Habitat of Humanities fixing up old homes in Poland which would eventually become safe places for children. She attended the biggest festival in Munich, Germany, and enjoyed the many diversities Oktoberfest had to offer. And when not attending classes, she could be found in the markets in northern Italy or on the basketball court.

After returning from her overseas studies, Dakota decided to complete her Associates degree in Art from Chandler-Gilbert Community College. She has completed courses from Geology, Communications, Psychology, Ceramics, to Native American Religions, Law Enforcement, Anthropology and Art History. Dakota does plan on returning to school to complete her Bachelor’s degree, but in which field, has yet to be decided.

Dakota has been involved in her community from a very small age. Her father, being a police officer, was always volunteering, and instilling the values of a safe, healthy community. She was/is involved in Boy/Girl Scouts, Community Activities; such as Arizona’s Ostrich Festival, Chandler Tactical Competition for Cadets, Cooking meal after meal for the S.W.A.T. Team, and much, much more. She was raised with excellent morals and ethics to naturally do the right thing, and to be a good person.

Dakota is a wife to a Veteran Marine. Through her relationship, she has utilized her teachings of self-sacrifice, dedication, loyalty, adventure, and compromise. In October 2018, Dakota became a mother to a beautiful, adventurous, and loving daughter. She loves the saying, “the heart does not have a limit on love, but will simply grow to make room for more,” and hopes to also continue growing her family.

Lisa Scranton

HR Generalist

Lisa Scranton is a seasoned business professional whose expertise and dedication have propelled her to the forefront at Trilinear HR. Her exceptional analytical skills and keen business acumen have enabled her to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional results, solidifying her reputation as a trusted and respected figure in the industry. 

Rebekah Mehlhorn

HR Admin

Organized and thorough, diligent, and a keen understanding of HR Compliance. Currently seeking her degree in Mechanical Engineering. However, if we count the years of being “volun-told” which turned into volunteering at HR Conferences and events over the years, she is a pro.

Rebekah specializes in our internal processes, ensuring all client invoices are accurate, internal compliances are in order, and that our team’s technology is secure. She anticipates our needs so that we can be there for your business at full capacity. Some of the areas she has mastered in a VERY short time include, Hootsuite, Accounting and Payroll, Google Suite, and of course, TCBS’s Amazon account!

Rebekah’s focus has recently turned to completing her degree with ASU, yet she is engaged with us enough to ensure we stay focused on each day’s priorities for our clients.

Dana Raimondi

HR Specialist

Dana hails from the Windy City and Land of 10,000 Lakes bringing with her extensive knowledge of marketing, communications, and a professional outlook that makes her a perfect fit for our team.  After graduating from Arizona State University and receiving her Nonprofit Accounting Professional certification, she’s worked with companies of all sizes handling their programs & operations, financial strategies, management & HR. With Trilinear HR, she has been a “Jill of All Trades” filling in where needed as well as taking the reigns and creating a new website for our company!

Amanda Slade

Lead Office Assistant

Organized, thorough, diligent, and a keen understanding of HR Compliance, Amanda is a joy to work with. She is currently seeking her degree in Mechanical Engineering. Gabe Schroeder

Data Analyst

Fast, accurate, and learning more and more about HR Compliance. Currently seeking his degree in Technology. When he’s not doing homework or knee deep in HR details, he can be found online Mastering D&D sessions or creating his next D&D environment for the players. (Someday he may even let us link to his awesome sessions!)

Ariana Petrides

HR Generalist

Ariana’s superpower is holistic care of our partners and their employees. She proudly utilizes her knowledge and experience in social work to ensure employee engagement is optimal and that business needs are met. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University. During her time at NAU, Ariana received the Virginia Rae Kurner Memorial Scholarship and participated in two honor societies, Phi Alpha and Cardinal Key. After graduation, Ariana worked in child crisis environments and eventually left this opportunity to care for family needs during the COVID crisis of 2019. We are lucky to have her join us and benefit from our flexible work capabilities.

We count on Ariana to reach above and beyond expectations, as we’ve experienced this as part of her DNA!
