WYSIWYG – What You See Is What You Get

Often, when we begin collaborating with you, we begin completely with services that you have requested. While our primary focus will always be your satisfaction in working on what you’ve asked us to do, we find that many of our new collaborators are simply not aware of other areas which may help to optimize your business’ success.

Sample situations

You’ve brought us in to complete an I-9 and E-Verify Audit. Unless you’ve asked for further customization, our most common practice in this type of audit would be to inspect forms and relatable documents, ensure completion and accuracy requirements are met, correct errors in a process approved by USCIS guidelines, attached correction documentation, and report results to you.

During this process, we often find a simple training session provided by us or directly through USCIS or similar agency my be recommended. We may also suggest a way to set up an acceptable automated option to have the employee and appropriate HR representative utilize.

You have asked us to assist with onboarding candidates which our hiring managers have selected through your  internal recruiting process. Unless set up differently, our most common practice is to create an offer letter, initiate background clearance, provide payroll related documents as well as insurance enrollment details. Pre-hire orientation is options, orientation after a start day could be completed by your existing departments or by one of our teams.

During the initial weeks of this process, we often find areas in which hiring departments need reminders or further training on unbiased recruiting practices and areas in which communication and company branding could be improved.

Seasonal or Peak Season Recruiting may often overwhelm an existing and cohesive HR Department. While your team may be able to function like a well-oiled machine all other times of the year, these special times are simply too much for them to take on, yet you can’t justify hiring another recruiter or have the ability to sustain a new full-time employee. As we cross all industries, this is one of our specialties.

During this project, we often come in contact with sources unique to your industry or the position you need fulfilled. If we discover ways for you to directly collaborate with an educational institution which may provide training or a tax credit in correlation with hiring their students, we would help clear the path for everyone’s eventual success, even if we are not included in the future of a potential project/partnership.
